Conditioning
KORA · Physical Capacity
KORA includes conditioning rather than treating it as an unrelated activity. It is part of the same physical capacity development.
Walking
A major foundation of daily movement. A general priority of 5–10k steps supports overall capacity, recovery and daily function without adding training stress.
Zone 2
Structured lower-intensity conditioning. Zone 2 work builds aerobic capacity in a way that complements resistance training and supports recovery.
Sprints
High-intensity work used selectively and appropriately. Sprint work is not the foundation of KORA conditioning — it is a tool used where it fits the individual and the context.
KORA is not a long-distance running system. Other sports or activities may exist within a wider personal practice, but they do not automatically become KORA methodology.
