What is SYNA-G?

SYNA-G is a living teaching environment: a growing library of videos, talks, webinars, practicals and recipes from Ray, designed to help you understand your body, health, movement and wellbeing.

Explore SYNA-G

Why does it exist?

Understanding changes what people do. Most advice tells you what to do. SYNA-G helps you understand why, so the choices that follow are your own.

What will you learn?

How your body moves and adapts

Simple, practical nourishment

How stress, breathing and recovery connect

Short practices you can try straight away

How does the School work?

Watch→Relate→Apply→Reflect

Every piece of teaching is different. A 90-second video may simply be watch and reflect. A deeper lesson can add relating it to real life, trying it, and explaining it back in your own words.

Dr Raeesa Sarlie-Habib

Founder / Teacher

“I believe people should understand their bodies, not just be told what to do with them.”

Ray is a chiropractor with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic. Her work has included chiropractic care, sports and football, rehabilitation, movement and physical optimisation. Through SYNA-G, she brings together her experience, knowledge and ongoing learning into a teaching environment designed to help people better understand their bodies, movement, health and physical wellbeing.

Why I teach

People are often given an exercise, treatment or piece of advice without understanding what they are trying to change or why it matters. I created SYNA-G to make that understanding part of the experience — to teach people how to recognise, understand and work with their own bodies.
